Montblanc's Patron of Art Homage to Victoria and Albert fountain pens pay tribute to an extraordinary couple, who ruled not just an empire but encouraged investment in the arts.

The Homage to Albert has a pearl white lacquered barrel topped with a translucent burgundy cap featuring a Victorian geometric design. The gold-plated pocket clip is shaped like Victoria's sceptre and features a red synthetic gem. The top of the cap resembles the Crystal Palace's dome - the site of the Great Exhibition of 1851 - and is adorned with the Montblanc emblem in precious resin. The cap ring is inscribed with the quote 'treu und fest'.

Trimmed in gold-plate and fitted with a hand-crafted 18-carat gold nib with an embossing inspired by the coat of arms of Saxony.

Supplied in a dark blue luxury lacquered box featuring a metal plate with the limited edition number.
